We recently caught up with its founder, Boldijarre Koronczay, at Éminence's head office in Vancouver, BC, and learned more about the passion, commitment, and science behind the brand!

What did you do professionally before this venture, and how did you end up here?

Esthetics has always been my passion, and it runs in the family. Both my grandmother and mom are estheticians in Hungary, and I did my first eyelash tint with them by my side at 14! As a survivor of childhood Leukemia, I have always maintained that my organic lifestyle was the key to my recovery; I've dedicated my life to creating and delivering healthy options for skin care, and to giving back to charitable organizations and programs like the ones that helped save my life. Educating clients on how to use natural ingredients in skin care, to bring wellness and balance in their busy lives, is my ongoing passion.

Tell us what makes your brand great!

As pioneers of the organic skin care movement, we have developed a following of loyal customers who believe in the power of organic skin care. Recently, we have been able to showcase the results of our products through our amazing before and after pictures, which have really qualified our brand. Éminence Organic Skin Care is a professional skin care line, with the intention of estheticians sharing their knowledge and expertise in skin to encourage clients to purchase the products that will provide the most benefits for their skin. Our products are all formulated for specific skin types, or to address common skin concerns and conditions. In fact, our VitaSkin product line is solely dedicated to addressing the four main skin concerns: aging skin, sensitive and rosacea-prone skin, hyperpigmented skin, and acne prone skin. Going into the future: what inspires you?

At Éminence, we are all innovators; we have an inspiring team in place who strive to push the envelope of how natural and organic skin care can radically change the appearance of skin, and improve its overall health. We are continuously researching new, active, natural ingredients that can have remarkable effects on the skin. Constant learning and discovery is one of the most inspiring aspects of the skin care industry; as science continues to develop day by day, we are able to create new formulations, and offer innovation to our customers.
